The ROX Collection
The ROX Collection is a collection of 9 paintings inspired by the nine HYROX movements.
HYROX is a hybrid sport and fitness competition that combines running and functional workout stations. Participants run 1km followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated 8 times.
The collection celebrates emerging sports (like HYROX) that are quickly gaining popularity globally.
This is one of the first collections of its kind inspired by HYROX / Hybrid training.

The machine is juxtaposed by waves, akin to rowing in a body of water. The athlete is wearing a hijabi to represent the Middle East (where I did my first HYROX races (in Dubai, UAE).
